Now called The Old Parsonage, the house has been owned by Trevor and Heather Colbourne for nearly a decade. So far, the CPSC has received 91 incidents of the sling detaching, including 11 reports of infants who got bumped on the head. These motorized whirlpool baths are battery-operated and meant for kids from birth to 2 years old. The model in question has a fabric sling where you place your child, rather than a plastic clip, which is sturdier. The CPSC says the recalled tubs are missing a clip to hold the headrest area of the fabric sling in the plastic frame. If you have a tub with a plastic clip, that's still safe to use.
