Last week I showed you the McG tiny house plans . Today I’m showing you yet another option from Humble Homes. This one is for those of you who like the idea of a sleeping loft with a ladder. The BRV2 Tiny House I like the BRV2 because it makes great use of space and separates living and sleeping. I also really like the french doors near the kitchen and living area. People across America are embracing the tiny house movement . According to the 2016 U.S. Census, the average cost of a new home in the United States is $356,200. Because of the price, many are choosing to downsize to something smaller that can be paid off quickly. Forbes reports that the average cost for a tiny home is $200 to $400 per square foot. With the average size of a tiny home being 100 to 400 square feet, according to The Tiny Life, the cost for the tiny home comes to a much more manageable $160,000. With a downsizing from 2,598 square feet, what was, according to CNN Money, the average size for an American home in 2013, to only 400 square feet or less means that something has to be given up. Tiny home dwellers have to decide what is more important to them, a normal sized kitchen or larger common room , a larger bathroom or larger kitchen.
