Painted Bathroom Faucets & Shower Frame

Gambar
Well I've done what most people wouldn't dare to do.  I've painted some bathroom faucets and a shower frame! They started out very garish brass, with the finish worn off in places. I'm not gonna lie...it wasn't easy.  Actually, if I had just done the faucets, the process would have been much less labor-intensive.  But painting that shower surround just about did me in!!  The actual painting wasn 't the hard part.  The prep work seemed unending.  But when all was said and done, I think it was well worth the effort, especially considering how much money I saved by not replacing the faucets, replacing the shower surround , and paying for the labor to have those things done!! Work-related conundrums, struggles with IVF, and a whole lot of nausea, ahead. For our eighth entry, we have a 33-year-old part-time publicist from Connecticut who’s 25 weeks along. How To Take The Ultimate Bath

Have you ever wondered if taking a bath is a good or bad idea? Well, here are all of the answers to your questions. Baths are wonderful and therapeutic. Throughout history, they have been used to help with sore muscles and relaxation after a hard day. Baths have multiple intrinsic benefits for your body and mind. The fact is that a bath can help you more than you realize, especially if you boost your experience. Number one rule: Shower before and after you bathe. You don’t want to be sitting in your own dirtiness. This can easily be avoided by just taking a shower to quickly clean off the grime of your day. It’s important to shower after to get any oils, salts, or soaps off of your skin. Counting On Medicaid To Avoid Life In A Nursing Home? That’s Now Up To Congress.

Gambar
Ten years ago, a driver ran a stop sign as Jim McIlroy rode into the intersection on his motorcycle. Serious injuries left McIlroy paralyzed from the chest down. But, after spending some time in a nursing home, he returned to his home near Bethel, Maine. McIlroy does most of his own cooking since Maine’s Medicaid program paid for a stovetop that he can roll his wheelchair underneath to reach the food-prep area. His new kitchen sink has the same feature. Wheelchair- friendly wood flooring has replaced McIlroy’s wall-to-wall carpeting. The alterations plus a personal care aide — all paid for by Medicaid — enable McIlroy to stay in his house that he and his wife, who has since died, “worked really hard to own,” he said. The arrangement also saves Medicaid roughly two-thirds of what it would cost if he lived in a nursing home. McIlroy depends on the federal- state program ’s growing support of home- based care services — along with 2 million elderly or disabled Americans who rely on...
