Diane Williams had a hip replacement about a month before she fell in the shower due to a slip on her “AquaRug.” Williams bought the rug one year ago after seeing it advertised on the home shopping network QVC . The fall came within months, resulting in a broken right leg, a surgical revision of her hip replacement, four weeks of assisted living care and physical therapy. (WPRI) — Shower mast that are supposed to be non-slip are being recalled after reportedly causing a number of injuries, along with glass baby food containers and LED lamps. ‘i play’ is recalling 68, 000 glass storage containers because they can break unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury. The recall affects 2 oz . and 4 oz. Green Sprouts glass food cubes . The company has received 23 reports of the containers breaking , but no reports of any injuries.
