PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Shower mast that are supposed to be non-slip are being recalled after reportedly causing a number of injuries, along with glass baby food containers and LED lamps.

‘i play’ is recalling 68,000 glass storage containers because they can break unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury.

The recall affects 2 oz. and 4 oz. Green Sprouts glass food cubes. The company has received 23 reports of the containers breaking, but no reports of any injuries.

The products were sold at Buy Buy Baby and Whole Foods stores nationwide, as well as a number of retail websites.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled food cubes and contact i play for instructions on receiving a coupon towards the purchase of a new product and shipping.

Tristar Products is recalling 1.4 million shower rugs because the four suction cups on the underside can fail to prevent slipping, posing a fall hazard to the user.

The recall involves Aqua Rugs for use in the shower or bathtub. The company has received 60 reports of consumers falling in the shower or bathtub while on the recalled rugs, including 30 reports of injuries such as bruises, cuts, and fractured or broken bones.

The rugs were sold at Bed Bath & Beyond, Dollar General, and other retail stores nationwide.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled shower rugs and contact Tristar for instructions on how to dispose of the rugs and obtain a free replacement rug.

Lunera is recalling 60,000 LED lamps because they can overheat, posing fire, burn, and electric shock hazards.

The recall involves Lunera 13-watt Helen GX23 LED industrial lamps. The company has received 11 reports of lamps overheating, but no reports of injuries.

The lamps were sold at FSG, Grainger, NEDCO, Standard Electric, and other Lunera industrial/commercial retailers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lamps and contact Lunera for a full refund.
