Scotch-Brite Bathroom Solutions Products – Review, Coupon & Reader Giveaway

Gambar
Don’t you just love cleaning the bathroom?  They say that it’s hard to sense sarcasm in the written word, but if you didn’t get it in that first sentence then something is wrong!  I don’t just dislike cleaning the bathroom, I hate it!  The number one reason I was happy about getting a water softener in our house is that it is easier to clean the bathroom and I have to do it less often. All that being said, it’s great to find products that make bathroom cleaning easier .  Scotch-Brite has come out with a whole line of Bathroom Solutions products , each one designed with a specific task in mind.  I received a full set of the products below and have to say that overall I am very impressed.  They include: Scotch-Brite™ Non-Scratch Tub Scrubber Scotch-Brite™ Non- Scratch Shower Scrubber Scotch-Brite™ Grout Scrubber Scotch-Brite™ Nook & Cranny Scrubber Scotch-Brite™ Non-Scratch Angled Scrubber Scotch-Brite™ Soap Scum Eraser Scotch-Brite™ Streak- Free Mirror Cloth Scotch-Brite™ Reusable ...

Scotch-Brite Gift of Clean Giveaway!

Gambar
Last month I shared with you a fun ideas of ways to help kids learn how to clean and the fun video we made for Scotch-Brite? Well this month I am able tell you about a few of my favorite products and give you the #giftofclean! This kit includes all of the Scotch-Brite®  products that will clean any surface in your house including your bathroom, kitchen, and even the lint off of clothes. I have been so impressed with their products and wanted to share some of my favorites with you as well as tell you that you have the chance to win the entire #giftofclean portfolio yourself! I cannot tell you how many times I wiped down my kitchen table having little ones in the house. It takes no time before oatmeal and applesauce go from a soft food to a hard, sticky surface. In the past I would have just used my paper towels to try to attack this sticky mess, but I fell in love with the Scotch-Brite® Microfiber Kitchen Cloth because it was strong enough to do the job and I can throw it in the washing...

info + giveaway – the SIMPLE moms

This post is part of a sponsorship with BabyCenter. Ok, can I get hands raised for everyone who absolutely LOVED registering …whether it was for your wedding or your first baby? Oh my goodness, the power that comes with that clicker!! The excitement that comes with the hopes of receiving every. single. one. of the items you have registered for. Since I’m in full on baby mode, why don’t we skip talk about a wedding registry and talk baby, baby, baby!! Although, how cool would it be if at your 10 year anniversary, you could legitimately register for wedding gifts all over again? That would be a blast!! I wonder how we could arrange this to become a norm.  Ok, anyways…moving right along 🙂 I have a fond love and devotion to Target. So naturally, that is going to be the first place I register, or suggest a pregnant momma registering . Being that I had my 4th baby a few weeks back, I’d say I’ve got a good handle on what is worth registering for and what is not. Let’s face it, there are som...

The Gentle Art of Poverty

I am an old man in his sixtieth year. I have entered that decade of life which destroys the last illusion and beyond which lies death, swift or lingering, actuarial or real. I am also poor, incontrovertibly, humiliatingly poor, for the first time in my life. My total annual income , from a modest pension ($1980) and the interest ($168.75) from an equally modest savings account , is 6 percent of what I earned in my prime-and less than two thirds of the property tax I once paid on a five-bedroom home with swimming pool in Westchester County, New York. I am divorced and living alone in an alien city of 800,000 strangers. My aging body betrays me day by day; the ground I am losing now I lose forever. So I perceived myself, at any rate, when the plane from a foreign country dropped me in San Diego one night seven months ago. Behind me stretched an aimless, six-year, expatriate trail through the South Seas, Asia, and Latin America that began when divorce and its inevitable byproducts-seco...
