This product is sold with a fabric sling that can detach from the bathtub and cause an impact injury or cause the baby to drown, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The item numbers of the recalled bath tubs include 18840 , 18850, 18863, and 18873.
