tri fold or fixed and fold?

Is it better to have a trifold screen that folds flat against the wall or a fixed and folding screen in a bath tub? I have been advised by some that tri fold bathroom screens over baths are not very durable or sturdy and by others that it works well and no problems.

Any one with experience, would greatly appreciate your help!
