The latest addition to its much-loved bath and shower oil range, Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil has just hit stores.

Developed by brand founder Geraldine Howard during her struggle and treatment against cancer, Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil is Aromatherapy Associates’ most personal launch to date.

Looking to create a blend that inspired strength, courage and a positive frame of mind, the oil combines uplifting clay sage, frankincense to help calm and focus the mind, cardamom and rosemary for physical strength as well as rose, vetivert and geranium to calm, heal and emotionally balance.

With a very distinct fragrance, on first whiff, the bath oil had quite a mixed reaction at Red HQ. But once diluted in a warm bath, it’s much less overpowering, incredibly relaxing and a wonderful product to help clear the mind and induce total relaxation. At the end of a stressful day, it certainly helps you to instantly unwind.

Available in store and online, Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil retails at £39 with 10% of all sales are also being donated straight to The Afweer Tegan Kanker Foundation. Can a modern freestanding bathtub also be a shower?

carriejlb June 6, 2012 I am remodeling a small bathroom and picture a simple, modern, freestanding tub. There is no room for a separate shower, but I thought I could have an external shower head and suspended oval shower -curtain rod like you often see with clawfoot tubs. But I can't seem to find pics of a similar set up. Is it possible??? Why or why not? Here's an image of the tub I wanted and an example of the kind of shower set I envision. Thanks!!!
