This bright and stylish apartment is situated on a quiet street in the peaceful town of Arès, right off the Arcachon Bay and just 30 minutes from Bordeaux airport. While perfect for any couple or small family looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, there are also many nearby attractions for those who would like to venture away from the beach.

The apartment features a beautiful, private terrace that measures 28sqm, an open living space with a comfortable convertible sofa and flat-screen TV with satellite/ cable, plus a dining area that seats 4. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, stove, microwave and more – enjoy the modern amenities or fire up your barbecue for a festive feast!

Get a great night’s sleep in the tastefully-furnished bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed and is separated by curtains from the spacious bathroom. Here, you’ll find a large bathtub/ shower combo and a WC, plus plenty of cupboard space.

There is air conditioning for hot summer days as well as central heating. A washing machine is included as well.

End cleaning, linen and towels are all included in the rental fee. A baby cot is available upon request before arrival.

Public parking is available 5 metres away from the property. Smoking is allowed outside only and pets are not welcome.
