As a busy mom, or a busy employee or just a busy individual (because who isn’t always doing something these days), it’s hard to find time to relax. And actually indulging in a trip to the spa? Pfffffhhhhh

But there is a way to get that Zen-like spa feeling — without even leaving the house. The miniature bath- and shower-oil collection($66) from Aromatherapy Associates uses a blend of natural oils to unwind the mind and body. Oh, and they smell really good.

Some of the products in the collection include essential oils meant to help you de-stress (made of wild chamomile, petitgrain and rosemary), revive (a combination of geranium, patchouli and ylang ylang) and support your inner strength (clary sage, frankincense and cardamom).

Just think: all these benefits — all just one shower away.

The mini-oils are part of an award-winning collection from Aromatherapy Associates. The London-based company got its start more than 30 years ago selling essential oils and today has expanded its line to include skincare, candles and other luxury items.

If you do want to get that actual spa experience, The Fairmont Pittsburgh uses Aromatherapy Associate products in all of its body treatments at the hotel spa.
