I’m a total bath addict , especially in the winter months, but I have only recently become a bath oil convert. I was always a bit of a bubble bath lover , but recently my eyes have been opened to the super-relaxing potential of bath oils. I thought I’d share with you my top three… First up is Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax bath and shower oil. Aromatherapy Associates ’ most famous, multi-award winning, 25 year old bath oil really is worth the hype. With Sandalwood, Vetivert and Camomile, it is so soothing and relaxing. While a bottle is expensive at £37 for 55ml, one capful is more than enough, so it will last you a very long time. I’m just finishing off my bottle after 6 months or so (and about 25 baths!)
