Bathroom Sink Faucet Upgrade with Moen

Gambar
This post brought to you by Moen, Incorporated. All opinions are 100% mine. As you saw last week, we’ve been busy sprucing up the bathrooms for Spring. A few small touches truly make the world of difference. Last week was decor, this week it’s the faucet in the master bath. The space got a DIY makeover last year , but at the time being on a tight budget, the existing faucet remained . It was fine and functional, but the style was dated and original to the house. With the BHG crew coming next week ( yes, next week, can you believe it? ), I thought a little upgrade was due. So… the existing faucet . A one large round handled beauty (NOT!)… When it came time to choose a new faucet, I needed to stick with a single hole style versus the faucets that have 3 holes (2 holes for the handles + 1 hole for the spout). Moving On Up - My Moen Boardwalk Bathroom Faucet Installation & Review

Gambar
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Moen, Incorporated for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine. I’ve mentioned a time or two that I’ve been in the process of revamping the tiny full bath in my home. I have big, big plans for that room and have already knocked quite a few of my projects out. Now some day soon my dad and I are going to replace the counter on my tiny vanity but we haven’t gotten around to it yet. And I figured why sit around with a pretty faucet like the Moen  Boardwalk Spot Resist bath faucet  sitting in a box when I could be using it? When it’s time to replace the counter we’ll remove it and put it back. They say if you do something once it will just be easier the second time around, right? Now to say that I installed the faucet is a total lie. I helped but I mostly took pictures. Russell is the one who did the installing and he’d never worked with plumbing before. We had our ups and downs and patches of confusion but in the end it worked out and I...

Bathroom Makeover " src="http://madincrafts.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/DIYBathroomMakeover_thumb1.png" alt="DIY Bathroom Makeover " width="700" height="1049" style="border: 0px;" /> This is such a happy post for me!  First, because our bathroom makeover project is FINALLY DONE and, second, because I don’t have to keep any of it a secret anymore.  If you follow me on instagram, you have been getting some blurry hints about the big reveal but now I can share all the DIY projects that went into transforming our “fine” bathroom into a gorgeous space. Because our bathroom was basically fine in the first place, the room just got a makeover not a renovation.  I don’t have the budget or the DIY skills to lay tile or replace a toilet.  In fact, all of the larger pieces of our bathroom were left in the room.  I didn’t even paint the walls because they had just been painted two years ago when we moved in.  That doesn’t mean I didn’t p...
