I LOVE…Bubble Bath | BOBOSTEPHANIE.COM

Gambar
Recently I’ve received a few questions on Formspring asking what kind of body lotion and bubble bath that I’m using. So, today I was like, hmm maybe I should blog about my home “spa” routine. It’s not really like a complete head to toe type spa but it’s a routine that I do every day. I always make sure that I apply lotion before I go to bed because it will keep my skin moisturized throughout the night. I used to be very addicted into Bodyshop body lotions but I find it quite expensive for me to apply every day, so I stopped using them and have gone back to using normal ones ==” I was lucky enough to receive an email the other day, asking me to review a range of beauty products from  GLAMOGIRL.COM   If you haven’t heard about Glamogirl yet, they are a distributor that markets and distributes several ranges of beauty p...

5 Unexpected Ways to Use Epsom Salts (They're Not Just for Baths!)

I'm not an athlete, I'm not a bath person, and I'm not an 82-year-old, so I've never really felt the need for Epsom salts in my life. But it turns out there are a ton of other ways to use them beyond the standard sore- muscle bath soak . So if you're in need of a little R & R in this post-Christmas-pre-New-Year's (but still stuck in your hometown) lull, here are five at-home treatments you can make using the Epsom salts lurking in the medicine cabinet at your parents' house. (Or you could go out and buy some—we like Dr. Teal's Rosemary Mint Epsom Salt Soaking Solution . ) Sunburn reliever. If you're lucky enough to be spending the holidays somewhere sunny, hopefully you listened to that motherly/ Allure voice in your head and wore tons of SPF 50. To Henna, or not to Henna? Natural Hair Coloring without the use of Chemicals

Gambar
I have been coloring my hair pretty regularly since I was about 21, maybe a bit younger. I am 27 now. So that’s at least 6 years of chemically treating my hair. I really don’t need  to color my hair, I don’t have any grays, and based off of other family members, I don’t think I will start to get any until I’m close to age 50. My dad really isn’t very gray at age 51, and I still don’t think my mom is at age 50. Crazy, right? As a makeup artist, I have always had a love for the art that comes with hair color and makeup. For myself, I really have never done much to my hair besides darken it for a richer color. Highlights never seem to flatter me, and I would get bored with my natural medium-brown color, so darkening it was always my preference. The problem with color is that it is really hard to stop coloring your hair once you start. After a few weeks the color fades, and you are left with hair lighter than when you started. It’s really a trap, and best to be avoided for as long as poss...
